He boasts over 20 years of comprehensive experience in human capital management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance. With an MBA and MSc in Human Resource Management from Western Governors University, Eric is also credentialed as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP).

Thaddeus, “Thad” holds an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, providing him with a robust strategic management and leadership foundation. With over 30 years of progressive experience, Thad is a seasoned expert in establishing performance management programs within the federal workspace.


He has provided invaluable services to various clients, including Administrators, Chiefs of Staff, Directors, Managers, and Employees. His commitment to promoting excellence and continuous process improvement through best-in-class support spans the entire performance life cycle, making him a trusted advisor in the federal sector.


At Compliance and Planning Solutions, Thaddeus leads our Federal HR Programs division. In this role, he focuses on consulting, advising, and establishing comprehensive HR programs tailored to the unique needs of federal agencies. His expertise includes developing performance metrics, setting SMART goals, and defining specific outcomes and expectations to drive organizational success.

Ralene B.



Senior Consultant



Ralene, affectionately known as Ms. Rae, holds dual Master’s degrees in Information Technology Management and Educational Technology & Instructional Design and has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the technology and educational sectors. Her career began in software development during her first year of college, eventually leading to prominent roles such as Chief Technology Officer and Senior Director of Technology. Ms. Rae's expertise spans strategic planning, project management, IT, web design, media, database management, and technical support, demonstrating her versatility and depth of knowledge.

Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education specializing in Instructional Design & Technology, Ms. Rae continues to enhance her skills in leveraging technology to enrich educational experiences. She is also an international speaker, author, certified life coach, Certified Associate in Project Management, and Certified Canvas Technical Admin. Ms. Rae is dedicated to fostering inclusive environments where innovation and collaboration thrive, and she excels in developing innovative strategies that harness technology's potential.
